PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE ONLINE SHOP.

These terms and conditions apply to the Brands Hatch Morgan online shop – www.morgan-cars.com/shop.

You must read these terms and conditions carefully and we recommend that you print them for future reference.  By shopping through this online shop, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

We have taken every reasonable precaution to try to ensure that prices quoted on the website are correct and that all products have been fairly described. However, when ordering products through the online shop, please note that:

  • All prices are displayed in pounds Sterling inclusive of UK VAT.
  • Whilst we try to display the colours of our products accurately, the actual colours may depend on the equipment used to view it.
  • All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) you have ordered are not available and we may offer alternative product(s) of equal or higher quality and value.

The order will not be processed until we have validated and confirmed your payment and our stock availability.  All goods remain the property of Brands Hatch Morgan Ltd until paid in full.

Privacy Policy

We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal data you provide to us in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and other applicable privacy laws. Except as set out in this privacy policy, we will not disclose, sell or rent your personal data to any third party.  The data we collect through our online shop is done purely in order to fulfill the order and delivery of your purchase.

Delivery, VAT

Delivery will be charged at the following percentages in addition to the prices listed.
UK - 15%
Europe - 25%
Rest of the World - 35%

Large items will be sent using a courier that we have instructed to carry out that delivery on our behalf and the cost will be in addition to the prices listed.

Special Delivery requirements requested by a customer at time of order will be dealt with to the best of our abilities, whilst we make every effort to carry out your requirements we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

We will use a variety of delivery methods, depending on the size of the item you order and the speed with which you wish to receive it.

 

Delivery will be made to the address specified when you completed the order.

If you are exempt from paying UK VAT, please enter your valid VAT registration number in the box provided when you registered as a customer.

This reference number will be checked for validity if the reference is not confirmed as valid then VAT will be charged.

 

For your information, VAT is charged on delivery, books are exempt from VAT under current legislation.

 

 

Payment Methods

 

We accept Visa and MasterCard. 

If you buy an item from Brands Hatch Morgan Ltd via the online shop you will be charged for the item (s) at the time you confirm your order. After this time, you cannot amend your order, if required to amend or cancel the order then you must contact us direct as soon as possible on 0044 (0) 1732 882017 during our working hours Mon – Friday 8.30am to 17.30pm Saturday 8.30am to 1.00pm UK GMT

Your order is an offer to buy from us. Nothing that we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually dispatch an item to you, at which point a contract will be made between us. At any point up until then we may decline to supply an item to you. If we decline to supply an item to you and you have already paid for it, we will give you a full refund of any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our refund policy.

Returns Policy

If for any reason the item (s) supplied is deemed not fit for purpose, i.e. faulty, damaged and within the manufacturers warranty period, and the item (s) are returned in original condition, where possible, including boxes and packaging, we will be happy to exchange, issue a credit note or refund monies to the appropriate credit or debit card. Customers in the UK must return items for a refund, exchange or credit note within 7 days of receipt of order. Allowances will be made for overseas customers returning goods at our discretion.

You may post back the goods ensuring you include all the information we will need to make the correct exchange, credit note or refund to your account, to help you we need to know:

  • Invoice number
  • Name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Phone Number
  • Your requirements - i.e. refund or credit note or exchange

For your security we highly recommend using a traceable method such as recorded or registered post, this also applies to overseas customers. Please note it is the sender's responsibility to ensure that the goods arrive safely.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive

Refund

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you in accordance to the method of payment.

We will refund the delivery charge in full if you return all items of your order at the same time. If you choose to keep some of the items, we will retain the delivery charge.

If you paid by Visa or MasterCard, we will refund the amount to the card used for that transaction only.
